His background includes public company CFO leadership, SEC reporting, capital markets execution, audit and compliance oversight, financial systems implementation, and transaction support.

He has led public-company reporting remediation, managed capital raise processes, supported public listing initiatives, and directed financial operations across growth-stage, public, and investment-related platforms. That experience informs PVMG Advisors' practical, principal-level approach to advisory work.

The firm operates on a selective engagement model, working directly with principals and senior leadership.
